For your health care needs you can contact the practice during our opening hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm via the below routes:

  • 1. Phone us on 01132954488, This is the best route for any urgent matters and appointments that are required in the next 7 days.
  • 2. Come to the practice to speak to a member of our care navigation team.
  • 3. Complete an online form by clicking here PATCHS. This service is for routine/non-urgent medical issues that do not need an immediate response. For example:
    • a. Non-urgent problems that may require an appointment with our physio, for example knee pain, shoulder pain or back pain that has not come on suddenly.
      • b. Requests for medication that you are already taking and has been prescribed.
        • c. A letter for university for a problem we have seen you for in the last 4 weeks.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable team member to help you.

Next steps

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you reply or appointment:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the practice
  • by text or email
  • You may be offered a same day contact or an appointment in the future, depending on the nature of your request. Your request may not require a GP appointment and you may be offered an appointment with another healthcare professional, that is best placed to meet your needs.

Cancelling or Changing an Appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • phone us on 01132954488, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you Need help With your Appointment

Please tell us:

  • If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
  • If you would prefer to consult with the clinician to be by phone or face-to-face.
  • If you need an interpreter.
  • If you have any other access or communication needs.

Minor Illnesses

If you are suffering from a cough, cold, sore throat, stomach issue, or aches and pains, it is often quickest to go to your local pharmacy. Pharmacists are highly skilled in managing these problems and can offer advice on a wide range of medical conditions without the need to book for an appointment


Mental Health

If you are struggling with your mental health, there are a number of Leeds-based organisations that may be able to offer you the help you need before you need to book a GP appointment. Advice on supporting a friend or family member with their mental health conditions can also be found.
