Smoking Cessation Advice 2022

You have been directed to this page for support with stopping smoking.

Our aim is to help our patients achieve optimum health and make them aware of the multiple health risks associated with smoking.

We would like to take this opportunity to offer you support in stopping smoking. There are many benefits to stopping smoking and we regard it as one of the best health decisions you could ever make.

Some people are able to manage the process of stopping smoking on their own but many others struggle to do so without support. There is a free service in Leeds to help you stop smoking, One You Leeds. Contact them today for free advice and support – for example, nicotine replacement therapy can now be prescribed on the NHS. Please get in touch even if you are only at the point of considering stopping smoking, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
