Addiction Dependency Solutions

This service is available to adults over 18 who are experiencing problems with alcohol and/or drugs. Clients can self refer by telephone, email or by dropping in, and services range from one-to-one interventions or group work. www.adsolutions.org.uk


Leeds Addiction Unit

This offers a service to adults over 18 with significant, complex issues which may involve alcohol and/or drug use. Clients can self refer by telephoning 0113 295 1300


The Healthy Lifestyle Service 

This provides a 6 to 12 week programme of one-to-one clinics for:

  • Alcohol reduction
  • Losing weight
  • Increasing physical activity
  • Healthy eating
  • Stopping smoking

Stop Smoking Service

There are many benefits to stopping smoking and we regard it as one of the best health decisions you could ever make.

Some people are able to manage the process of stopping smoking on their own but many others struggle to do so without support. There is a free service in Leeds to help you stop smoking, One You Leeds. Contact them today for free advice and support – for example nicotine replacement therapy can now be prescribed on the NHS. Please get in touch even if you are only at the point of considering stopping smoking, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

If you are a student at the University of Leeds you can currently access free support on campus to help you quit or reduce smoking.
