Vacancy – Primary Care Network (PCN) Project Manager
Full Time: 37 hours per week (with some flexibility)
Circa £38,000 (dependent upon experience)
Leeds Student Medical Practice (LSMP) and The Light Surgery PCN is a dynamic partnership of GP practices, close to the University of Leeds, caring for 58,000 patients mostly students, their families and younger workers employed studying in the City. We have a vacancy for a proactive PCN Project Manager to join our large, supportive, and friendly team and to work across our PCN. As an organisation we have expanded rapidly over the past year and our ambition is to continue this growth. We want the most resilient people to come and join our PCN – no two days will be the same with variety guaranteed.
We are seeking a PCN Project Manager to provide support to the Clinical Director and other practice staff across our PCN network. You will have delivered on a diverse number of projects and provided sound leadership. You will also have an outstanding understanding of project management and design implementation and delivery of contracted services. This role will provide oversight and programme management for the PCN and will facilitate the development of cross sector partnership working e.g. development of Mental Health advice service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to negotiate and influence to ensure the best outcomes for the patient population. You will need to be highly organised and have superb time management skills. Acting as a Champion for the PCN, you will engage with all relevant stakeholders working together to achieve the DES requirements.
